Gym at One Wellness and Spa
Hours: 6:00am - 8:00pm
We ask that all Solara guests using the fitness area wear dry, clean indoor shoes, and sign in and out with reception.
Relaxation hot pool
Hours: 7:00am - 11:00pm
Quiet Time: 9:00pm - 11:00pm
Spend some time relaxing in the hot pools at Solara.
Kid's Water Play Area and Activity Area
Hours: 7:00am - 9:00pm
The kid's water play area is adjacent to the relaxation pools. The area has water fountains and water cannons for kid's of all ages to enjoy. The Kid's activity area is a seperate area adjacent to the kid'z water play area which are designed as a place for kid's to get creative and have fun. The area includes a fooseball table, a drawing board, puzzles, coloring books, and more. Board games can be obtained at the front desk.
***Please Note - For safety reasons One Wellness and Spa and
the gym at One Wellness do not allow children under the age of 16. All
children under the age of 16 are welcome at the Kid's Water Play Area,
Activity Area, and relaxation pools however, for safety reasons we
request that all children under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult
at all times when using these facilities.
Business Centre
Hours: Open 24 hours
The business centre at Solara is a fully functional, and quiet office space complete with computers as well as open desks for personal laptop use.
Summit Seeker Kid’z Kamp
The Summit Seeker Kid'z Kamp is full of pint sized adventure and fun filled activities. Guests can check with the front desk for a full list of current Kid'z Kamp activities and schedule.
Three Peaks Conference Centre
Three Peaks Conference Centre is a full service convention & meeting facility.
Offering state-of-the-art meeting facilities within this luxury resort. The Three Peaks Conference Centre has built-in projection screens, audio and the flexibility to be separated into two smaller meeting rooms, the Bow and Chinook.

Aurora Theatre
This state-of-the-art theatre offers large projection screen with movie
quality sound and re-tractable seating for set-up versatility for
opening ceremonies, smaller evening receptions or stand-up cocktails. The Aurora Theatre seats 96. The Aurora Theatre is also an exceptional choice for meetings and presentaions.
Movies are shown at the Aurora Theatre nightly at 7:00pm. Guests can obtain showtimes from the front desk.
Babysitting
Childcare can be arranged by a local professional licensed childcare service – call Child Care Connection directly at 403-760-4443. A minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is required.

Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. Solara Resort & Spa's reception is open 24 hours a day. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check-out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
Children
Solara Resort & Spa gladly welcomes children, however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 16 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Housekeeping
Solara Resort suites are cleaned daily. Your suite will be cleaned before your arrival and each day of your stay unless requested otherwise. Each suite is stocked with kitchen essentials, if you are looking for a specific item please contact Guest Services. You may choose to have additional housekeeping service during your stay, please contact our Guest Services Agents to arrange. Daily housekeeping services include refreshing the coffee/tea station, removal of garbage and recycling, and making of the beds. Fresh towels are provided if left in the tub, or on the floor. Housekeeping will change the linens and vacuum in addition to the regular daily services on the fourth day of your stay, or once per week depending on the length of your stay. Please contact Guest Services by dialing “0” to inquire about pricing of extra services.
Iron & Ironing Board
All luxury suites at Solara Resort & Spa are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each condo at Solara Resort & Spa features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher, should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in your suite; laundry detergent is available in the suite.
Parking
Complimentary, underground parking is available. To access the parkade, please use your room key. Overhead clearance is approximately 2.4 metres. One complimentary parking stall is provided for each unit. Additional street parking is also available.
Pets
Solara Resort & Spa is pleased to be a “Pet Friendly” resort. We believe that your pet is part of the family. We kindly ask that you keep your pet on a leash outside your suite and that you pick up after your pet. Housekeeping service will not be provided if your pet is left unattended. A daily pet charge of $20 will be applied to your room account and you will be financially responsible for any damages that may be incurred.

Solara Resort & Spa is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guests and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 pm until 8:00 am.

Smoking
Solara Resort & Spa is pleased to offer its guests a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
