CAN I ARRANGE TO CHECK OUT AFTER 11:00 AM?
Yes, but late check outs are subject to availability and you must arrange a late check out before your check out date. There are costs associated with late check outs. Late check out may not be available during high season (June-September, and Christmas period).

Check in time is 4:00 pm. Early check in can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the Front Desk.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
The Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the arrival date, with some exceptions which require 14 days prior to arrival date. If a cancellation is made after the allotted cancellation time, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be returned; if no deposit was taken then a minimum one nights’ room charge plus tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our Advance Deposit package is non-refundable. Other promotions and packages may have additional deposit and cancellation restrictions. Please review your booking for the applicable policies.

What does HSEF on my confirmation mean?
HSEF is the Hotel Services and Environmental Fee and is part of Bellstar’s Stay® | Well program. We hope to inspire guests to become active and truly experience our destinations and at the same time give back to the environment by offering a wide variety of activities and services, including unlimited access to the paperless newsstand, PressReader, outdoor activity programming, and a variety of seasonal gear to enable all guests to get out and enjoy the area. Included in this fee is a contribution to Bellstar’s Stay® | Green program, which supports local eco-friendly initiatives. For more information, please visit bellstar.ca/green.
Does Bellstar still collect Stay® | Green fees?

Why did we start to charge the HSEF?
There were amenities that many of our guests consistently requested to enhance their stay with us. We are pleased to now be able to provide all our guests with many of these upgrades and services for a nominal fee.
What if a guest doesn’t use all of the things included in the Resort Fee, do they still have to pay?
Yes. This is a standard fee, guests are welcome to use all or none of the items included but the fee remains the same.
How do guests access the Stay® | Well amenities?
Program information, activity lists, and PressReader access are provided upon guest check-in.

PressReader is an all-you-can-read digital newsstand with thousands of the world’s most popular newspapers and magazines.
DOES Solara RESORT CHARGE A DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?
Yes. Solara Resort & Spa charges a minimum deposit of one nights’ Room+Tax, if reservation is less than 6 days. If the reservation is more than 6 days, we will charge three nights’ Room+Tax. When booking a resort package a larger deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on type of package.
DO YOU HAVE FREE PARKING?
Yes. We have free underground parking for vehicles (roughly 230) 7'6" and under. During peak seasons & busy weekends, we allow only one car per unit with the exception of three bedroom units which may park 2. Once our parking lot is full, we advise our guests to park up the street.
DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?
No. Solara Resort & Spa is 100% non smoking environment. This includes guest rooms, balconies, parking lot, and common areas.
DOES Solara RESORT ALLOW PETS?
The Solara Resort & Spa is a pet friendly resort, but unfortunately not all our units are pet friendly. Please contact the Front Desk to check availability of pet friendly units and our pet policy.
DO YOU OFFER FREE WI-FI?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest room accommodations and meeting room facilities.
DO YOU OFFER COTS?
Solara Resort & Spa does not provide cots but all of our units have pull out sofas.
DO YOU OFFER PLAYPENS?
Solara Resort & Spa has playpens available. Please request at time of reservation as there are a limited number available. There is no cost for a playpen.
CAN I BBQ AT SOLARA RESORT AND SPA?
The majority of our units have electric barbecues. Please contact the front desk for more information.
