Recovery Zone Amenities
Inspired by the recovery therapies that elite athletes use, the Recovery Zone helps take care of your body in a spa environment using hot/cold, vibration mobility, and pneumatic compression.
Immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere of the Aromatherapy Steam Room or invigorate your senses with a refreshing Polar Plunge. Unwind and detoxify in the Cedar Sauna or experience the therapeutic benefits of an Infrared Sauna. For enhanced muscle recovery, they offer Compression Therapy and Mobility Vibration Therapy.
In between treatments, indulge in the Recovery Lounge, equipped with complimentary beverages, comfortable seating and a serene ambiance.

Add extra relaxation to your time with the massage and recovery zone package. Choose from 60 and 90-minute Recovery Massage or Cupping sessions customized to your needs while in the Recovery Zone. Book in advance below.
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please note that the Recovery Zone is a 16+ co-ed facility. Locker rooms are available for use. Towels are not included, please bring your own.
